Meet Sylwia

Hi I’m Sylwia (pronounced Sylvia).

My core values are efficiency on the job, prompt and timely performance delivered with pride, attention to details, and -most importantly- client’s satisfaction. I aim to stand out and to build long-lasting relationships.

I have 13 years of experience working for a Canadian, Montreal based, investment management firm. Within the same company, over the years, I had the privilege of working in different fields as administrative assistant, assistant to portfolio managers and chairman, marketing associate and trading coordinator. Eventually, I made a decision to start my own business as a virtual assistant, utilizing all the skills I have learned and perfected during my years at the firm.

A little more about me:

I was born in Poland, but lived in Quebec, Canada most of my life. In summer 2019, I moved my family, and ultimately my business, from Montreal to beautiful Halifax, Nova Scotia. I studied psychology at Concordia University in Montreal and although I always had passion for everything related to the subject, I have never worked in the field because I loved working in finance and in a company with a wonderful team for 13 years. 

I am passionate about art, whether it’s sketching, painting, photography or design; I love projects where I can use my creativity the most. Being physically active is very important to me. I am a yoga junkie 🙂 Summer or winter, I love to be outside. Snow or mosquitoes never stopped me from enjoying outdoor activities like SUP, hiking, biking, or snowboarding. Few more things that I love: unplanned adventures, road trips, white sandy beaches, dancing and a strong cup of coffee.
